My experience at hope harbor was great with the licensed therapists. They had a clear path and did a great job. I am astounded at the behavior of the receptionists. They were casually having personal conversations including multiple curse words while I was trying to finish paperwork before my appointment in the lobby. I had two appointments back to back and multiple times heard them snickering after an interaction with me. As I was leaving the building they were full blown laughing after I left the door. I came here for a reason and for them to laugh at me was very belittling in what should be a safe space.
