This place has failed me three times and I'm brand new with this place. In the past two weeks they have dead named me, misspelled my name, had an error in my contact information which they tried to reach out to since LAST THURSDAY it is now WEDNESDAY which they were just now going to send someone out to my residence NOW??? NOT MONDAY OR CROSS-REFERENCE ALL THE PPW I FILLED OUT??? Now my medical leave to be paid is severely delayed because of this institution and my stress has sky rocketed because of this lack of professionalism and ability to collect information correctly.
