I recently had an exceptional experience with Natalie in the Spring View Infusion Clinic. From obtaining my order from my physician to initiating the registration process (big thanks to Troy), Natalie made the entire process smooth for me. She was able to get my IV with one stick, which is no easy feat. She calmed my anxiety, explaining each step of the process.The environment was clean and quiet, the recliner was perfect for a nap. I learned that Natalie has traveled all over the country providing her skill in caregiving to those in need. Spring View is blessed that Natalie chose to come back to Lebanon KY.
