I brought my friend in for leg pain with a history of osteomyelitis at 1pm nothing to eat or drink past midnight She hadn't slept in 2 days. She was crying in triage mostly because her father lost both legs from the same type of infection. She was so frightened. I stayed by her side for 4 hours. All but 1 nurse helped me try to calm her down. The doctor ordered his tests but ignored our request for some information and pain relief, the women were cold and distant.at the end of our visit my friend got up and walked out still no news. When I went in to find out if this was life threatening they all surrounded me saying I had no right to ask and they called the police on me. Needless to say I will never go back there nor will I take any family or friends. I gave it a 1 for the only caring nurse on the floor in the ER this afternoon evening. Update now Feb 5 2026 her Dr told us today she will need her big toe amputated. The tissue and bone is dead. Too bad she didn't get help earlier.

Should be zero stars. They never give the services they promise, constant delay after delay, roadblock after roadblock. They can't even tell you what's going on and leave it to you to figure out when they screwed up. Just go to Ashland's, this place should burn. Basically an insurance scam that discriminates against me.
