My husband went to this facility twice. I spent so much time trying to get him clean, and he was when he was released. He came home on a Wednesday, the following Saturday we woke up to find him dead. Originally the coroner thought it was a heart attack, but over a month later, it was determined that he died from a mixture of prescription medications. Everything in his system at the time of death was legal and prescribed to him by the Isaiah House. Very disappointed that a place like this would do this. To everyone struggling out there, there is hope and better places
