I’ve had to scheduled an urgent appointment for my medications. When I arrived the lady at the front desk had a really bad attitude. Then the doctor decided not to see me and required me to reschedule it. I am out of medications and they would not make accommodations for their actions. I’ve noticed the low ratings before deciding to change mental health locations from Algiers to St Bernard Parish because I am a firm believer that everyone deserves the benefit of doubt. This is one of the main reason that go unseen which leads to unfortunate circumstances in Louisiana. We deserve better!
