By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor. Chiedozie is rude, abrupt and has a terrible bedside manner. As a psych doctor, you would think listening would be a strong point. That is not the case here. If you mention ADHD, you will instantly be judged. It’s very odd. I ended our appointment right in the middle of it because of the way I was being treated. I will not be returning. The only pleasant experience I had here was dealing with the front desk staff.

They are very unresponsive and do not follow up on messages that are left with them. I’ve been trying to get my certification from them for years now My first request was at the end of 2022 It’s now January 2024 when you called there office no one answers and voicemail box is full so no messages can be left with them I have requested court ordered documents from them and they have failed multiple times to transfer that information needed to me.

Dr. Susan Riley is a wonderful and extremely caring physician. She always shows genuine concern for my well-being, not only during appointments but also in between visits. Even when my follow ups are every three months, she makes an effort to check on how I am doing, which makes me feel truly cared for. I deeply appreciate her effort to communicate with me directly in Spanish without relying only on translation. This makes me feel understood, respected, and valued as a patient. Dr. Riley doesn’t simply prescribe medication — she listens carefully, explores what is really going on, and takes the time to understand my situation. When referrals are needed, she makes excellent recommendations and personally follows up to ensure I am receiving the care I need. I am very grateful for her kindness, attention, and dedication. Highly recommended.
