Mental Health Providers in Silver Spring, Maryland

This place is a JOKE!!!! You call to make an appointment for a sick child they tell you he cant be seen until 3/4 days later, once they hear you frustrated they try to offer a cancellation just for them to say ooh someone else took it and their next availability still being 3/4 days out. Then 30 mins later a nurse calls OFFERING A CANCELLATION FOR 3:45pm after a rep had already said that wasn’t available due to someone else taking it and I had already came to my job since they couldn’t take us today but now they call me ONCE IM AT WORK that they do have the 3:45pm availability!?!??? Once again making me more frustrated having to explain to my employer what’s going on with this place giving me a run around!!!

Recommended by Baltimore Vet Center (BVC) in Pikesville, MD. A center that failed to provide basic listed services. Apparently they refer a lot of people to this place according to "Adam Jimenez" a worker at BVC. After a phone call it seemed this place is all about the money. Judging by the harsh reviews of this clinic the whole thing appears to be a scam. Not reassuring when a failed clinic recommends this clinic which openly has comments how this clinic is failing its clients.

Dr. Ola is very understanding and compassionate doctor. My visits with her are never rushed. She takes time to listen to your problems and concerns. Dr. ola and my therapist make a great team.
