If I could leave a no star review, I WOULD! Viviana and Sergio are very unprofessional, don’t provide proper customer service and are wrongfully charging customers fees for things they are suppose to provide after you finish the program(s). My husband went in person yesterday 08/15/2024 to ask questions on how to obtain his documents of completion of program. Upon arrival he says they didn’t even greet him, he proceed to introduce himself and asking questions when Viviana interrupted him midway and said if he didn’t have an appointment or didn’t call 3 hours prior that he wouldn’t be helped because they were closing in 1 hour. My husband proceeded to explain that he wasn’t aware that he needed to call before or schedule an appointment so he left. Today, 08/16/2024, my husband calls the office and Viviana answers, he proceeds to ask his questions when Viviana begins to cut him off while he is speaking and tells him that he needs to pay 50$ in cash before they can even search up his document(s). My husband asks why 50$ and why didn’t she mention the payment yesterday. Viviana then hands the phone to her colleague Sergio so he could further explain that a payment needed to be made before they could look for my husbands documents and that if we didn’t want to pay the 50$ that we could speak with their supervisor. My husband was placed on hold while they “transferred” us to the supervisor but the line would just ring and ring. We decided to call another number and Tatiana Alfaro answered and was able to provide us the help we needed! Within 10 minutes my husband received the documents he needed. My husband asked Tatiana what the fees were for this service and she told us there was no fee. My husband and I have already sent an email to report this situation but we just want to make sure other individuals don't get mistreated or discouraged on obtaining their documents.
