They've been ok with me for the most part. Cannot complain too much. I've been going here since 2014. I've had some issues here and there with certain therapists, that were not helpful or professional. But they immediately corrected the issue for me, and I was able to see someone else. The staff has always been kind to me. Very rarely if ever did I have an issue with the receptionists behind the glass windows. I know not everyone will have the same experiences like I've had. However, I will say give them a chance to correct any problems. They do have a large turnover, so be patient. But give them a chance. They've been good to me so far. Just make sure your concerns are heard, and known. Don't stop until you get the answers you want.
