The treatment I have received here is amazing. The therapists and the clinicians really care about their clients. However, the poor review comes about from one of their receptionists. I had received an email from my bank about a transaction that did not go through for a travel booking agency. I called the agency and asked about the email associated with the failed booking. I got the email and it was associated with one of the receptionists who work there. I forwarded this information to the investigator and he found this evidence to be inconclusive. The receptionist is also a lash tech outside of her receptionist gig and that email associated with her last tech services is the same email associated with the failed booking. I am extremely disappointed by this experience.
