This is a safe sanctuary where I did not want to go. I went in and felt cautious, but was welcomed with open arms. I was treated with respect even when I felt I did not deserve it. My counselor Lora believed in me and saved me when I was at the lowest point of my life. She showed me a sort of compassion and understanding that I never knew possible and believed in me when no one else did. It saved my life and pushed me to be a better man.
