Update: front office staff has made a few improvements and I've had no problems with my appointment schedule.

I don’t recommend for seeking counseling services for children. My son and I met with Nicole on 2 separate occasions. It was made very clear of my intent to seek counseling services for my son. We weren’t able to get through the second meeting due to her pressing her personal parental beliefs, views, thoughts and opinions into the session. It was also explained that my son was literal very literal and would answer questions as he was asked. She asked straightforward questions and was given straightforward answers. She was asking questions regarding the current time but was needing info on entire life time apparently. She actually began telling him he needed to be honest while speaking with her which I found incredibly disrespectful. The meeting took a turn to where she became passively aggressive toward us both and she told me I could end the meeting at any time. This was all after we were left waiting in the waiting room due to an impromptu staff meeting that apparently only she was apart of. Due to staffing changes, an ultrasound she had yesterday and more personal issues and views she brought into the assessment session for counseling services of an 11 year old boy.
