They have 99 talkers to one actual provider. Constantly asking how crappy you feel while doing nothing to help. They called the cops on me saying I was suicidal, the cops came en mass . When you talk to these people they have their finger on the cop calling button . I have BEGGED THEM FOR HELP, and all I have for my efforts is one 1mg pill a day, a pill my 100 pound sil gets four a day. Grand doesn't want to help you, they want to sic the police on you and hopefully get you killed . The talkers want to talk to you multiple times a month while the actual person who can help will only see you three to four times a year. They told me I could walk in and be seen, a smart alecy lil nurse called me back and practically told me I was wasting my time. If you have mental problems I feel bad for you, which is more than grand will do. My grand daughter was abused and went to grand. They acted like her friend and took her to social events and such, but as soon as her ins ran out her what she thought of as friends disappeared too. Don't take your kids there and don't waste your time there either. Echota is just as bad or worse. But grand will get someone you love killed. They itch to call the SWAT team on the mentally disturbed. They are an utter joke. When I'm on with the talkers and tell them the bull crap I was put thru they say, yep, this place is pretty messed up ,or,oh the medical part is totally different, and the therapist has no interaction with the dr.provider. why even talk to the therapist at all then? All they are is in it for the money. They do not care about you as a person.i have had the talkers, idk their titles even admit with me that grand is a worthless organization.do not waste your time .
