I always ask before leaving what do I owe you. Today I drove 30 minutes to pay a 43.00 dollar. Then find out it's 130. Dollar bill due to doing counseling over the phone. They charge 11 dollars for that which I was never told about this was several months but I had appointments there with them. They never once said I owed them. I always ask so charges won't add up. But these charges was never brought up. I told them for 130 dollars I would just talk to myself. I paid what I owed then told them I would go somewhere else that would be honest when I ask what I owe. I wouldn't recommend anyone going here.
