Honestly I dont make reviews normally but I really was agitated by the polices specially for a mental health clinic. They make you go to a no show class just because you missed an appointment i understand a fee or something but to refuse service until you go to a class come on now thats just ridiculous im not an expert or anything but certain mental health issues need more support an options not so harsh policies i dont think it takes one to know thats just not right. And if u miss your no show you have to wait 3 months before they schedule you again or refil your needed medication thats just setting you up for failure. I would love to speak to a higher up about my experience with the company but the staff was not really able to perform she seemed overwhelmed and more stressed out then someone trying to get help overall nothing personal but when it comes to mental health thats not cool to just throw people around like that. I also feel like also nobody in there office care about there job and want to just cut corners PCS needs better practices
