I drove my cousin there in my 2005 Toyota Camry, and they took really good care of him!

They take over 2 weeks to approve Cigna insurance from there HQ in Florida. At the time writing this I still havent been approved. When I asked about it the last time I could tell that they simply didn't want to bothered by me again and actually said "were thinking about dropping cigna next year" obviously just trying to be rude about having to do there job and look up/approve my insurance. This is a in-network business aswell and my insurance told me to come to Applegate so I find it absurd to take longer than 2 weeks for this when Spero Health right down the road approved me in just a matter of hours. These peoples HQ aren't here to help addicts at all and act like they dont have the time of day for you. My wife has worked front desk at two diffrent doctors offices and has never heard of this taking this long and can't believe they're even in business at all. The patient is of most importance and most places love to have a new patient but not here at Applegate where your a bother and a burden just for them to simply approve your insurance.

I have had several problems with appointment changes without notice.
