Was here a few years ago. Back in 2021? The staff was so nice. And I’m glad they gave us our phones. I met some of my good friends here. As we all left in the same week and kept in touch. I was kicked out once I got Covid ( literally the same day I found out) when I told the nurse they I couldn’t smell or taste she said “ it’s probably nothing “ the next morning I got a positive test …. Oops. Then I was let go when the hour. Wish there were policy’s in place for those who get covid when inside ( cause if someone is in there for bad thoughts …. Being kicked from a support clinic can be bad for them mentally and further causing damage ). Anyways very good place overall. Clean rooms. And very safe environment.

Let me start by saying thank you to everyone who works for C.B.I because they took the time out to listen to me and understand me and understand what I need help with. These people stopped to help me understand what it means to live right. Thank you for everything. They helped me get off the streets and back into a apartment of my own again making me feel whole again in so many ways!

Today was the first time I had a provider's office tell me there is 15 minute appointment available today only to tell me that my son needs a 30 minute appointment & cant be seen for over a month. To an office he's been to already. But because his previous providers have since left (revolving door providers here, nothing new) he can't be seen since a new provider needs that 15 extra minutes to type up an rx that he needs daily and is now out of. There's no counseling actually provided. Just rushed appointments of them telling you what rx they think your child should be on. Be prepared for unprofessional attitudes and misguided opinions if you, the parent, dare have one on what you think is best for your own child - even out of experience. Kristy Groupe, was a BULLY when it came to us refusing a certain rx for my son. We didn't want this rx based on previous experience with side effects. Out of all the frustrations I've experienced as a parent of someone with a mental health disability, none are so frustrating as the lack of empathy & misinformed "professionals" that have handled my sons "care".
