They are one of the best facilities I've been too besides from Cedar Hills in Portland and Johnstown in Colorado.

Della Lusk is amazing. I've tried everything -- even had a good therapist on Better Help for a while, but I really needed someone in person (though they do remote sessions as well). Arizona Behavioral Health Associates is definitely the best therapy in Flagstaff. I've really been able to turn my life around and understand myself so much better. Highly recommend if you're looking for a real positive change. Located right downtown as well, so really convenient to make appointments and their communication is top tier.

for the most part, amazing resources for native people especially. although i warn other 2spirit folk to maybe seek services else where if possible, the physical as well as mental health services haven't been the most friendly. one of multiple examples: came in for a physical health issue and was told it's caused by me being trans. just be cautious coming here.
