Hurt my back , I came in for a referral to get an MRI , my mri result came back showing 3 herniated disks, they scheduled me for “pain management “ two weeks out, I asked for some pain medication that would last those two week while I waited to see the pain management doctor. They only have nurses on staff, no doctors and the nurses refuse to rite a prescription for pain medication, even thou they have my mri result showing I have a severe pinched nerve , also because they don’t have doctor that works here , they cannot give me a steroid injection in the back to help with the pain, How is it legal to pretend to be a doctors office , but have no actual doctors on staff? They made it seem like I’m wrong for asking for medication , but I’m not wrong , they just don’t have actual doctors on staff

I have been her 2 years. The front desk staff is really nice. Maggie was the first contact I had and she was great, every body else is great too. I have also talked to Rhonda a lot. The first psychiatrist I had, I didn’t care for her. My first counselor was great(Amanda) she is no longer there. I now see Christa, she is the best! Amanda my first counselor who I loved got me a new psychiatrist. Dr Jensen, he is absolutely amazing, he is so educated, I have had so many psychiatric over the last 14 years and I really have to say he is the best I’ve had, he really listens to me. I have to admit I have heard that Polara is not the best but I have to say I really, really like them, so thank you Polara for helping this bipolar girl who also has PTSD, borderline personality disorder and anxiety disorder, you guys keep it up.
