I am begging whatever governmental entity may be out there that has the ability to, to shut this place down. They will not fill prescriptions on time (causing you to go through monthly withdrawals), referrals (to therapy, specialist, any and everything) disappear into the ether, caseworkers quitting weekly, disrespectful and dismissive (at best) staff overall. You wanna switch meds or get a different pcp? you wanna get a therapist? I deeply wish you luck, because they don’t care enough nor have the staff to meet any of your needs. I was abused and neglected here for over 10 years. I’m physically and mentally disabled, and to say that being a patient here was hell is an understatement. I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy. This facility has blood on their hands (including mine) with their rampant neglect and abuse of patients.
