I am rating 3 stars because the woman NP was nice. Other than that this place would be a 2 1/2. The lady in the front was nice enough but needs more training. The nurse who called me back didn't greet me or anything. She would do great playing a prison nurse role. Then she acted like she was confused as I stated a well known symptom I had. I started to wonder if this establishment was training nurses who hadn't obtained licenses yet. I refused the COVID and Flu test because after my encounter with that nurse there was no way I was going to let her give me a nose bleed or take blood from me. I'm sorry but I need to feel confident with my health care provider. Also, I was the first in line and it still took about 45 minutes to be seen.
