They turned me away because I wasn't eating due to mental distress. The lady gave me brochures in Tagalog and I don't speak that!!! I ended up in a behavioral unit hours away from me.
Dr. Bansal has been very accommodating and helpful in my medication management. When I was low and panicking on running out he called me back immediately and squared everything away. Walnut Creek is not organized and I found it very hard to get a replacement once Dr Bansal moved to Fairfield. Thank goodness Dr Bansal was able to set up Zoom with me, if not I was prepared to drive to Fairfield from Concord!!
