I was broken and now I'm fixed and able stand on my own, even after my Sir. DARIOUS passed away. If not for Jenny I would have been dead 5 yes ago. And again in May. The Hesperia office does things way beyond any of their duties and truly cares for there clients. One sad thing is they don't have access to the same resources as other office. I also believe that all offices should have an receptionist/operator as well as a criss line. In San Bernardino office was mass confusion, counclers where dealing with people running past buzzard door lock, as well as others crisis, and phone ringing with patient waiting to go back to her office. A receptionist would have all that handled and office run smoother, organized, which educated counclers could do there jobs, and be of true help. Hesperia office has less people, cause less resources. By giving equal, the people in this area would go there. Thank you for listening. This is Brian Smith signing out.
