Totally incompetent people. You can't even trust them to give your message to a professional, nor can you expect any of them to suggest we be able to contact our behavioral health professionals via MyChart (this is an option at Kaiser, which is where I came from but had to join Medi-Cal as the premium was too expensive & I was unemployed), nor do you have any info as to if they are sending documentation that is crucial. I asked they send my letters to my LCSW, yet I'm not 100% certain she received it. She was responsive the other day, hence it's clear she's getting their messages. Why on Earth are they not communicating with her? Going 72 hours without a call on an urgent matter (not emergency. There's a fine line) is downright unacceptable. It's also ridiculous CC Health is not in the 21st Century by not allowing us the ability to directly message our entire health care team, including mental health practitioners. Is it any wonder why our mental health system is broken? When you staff with unreliable people, this kind of red tape and indifference to health concerns is the end result. Well, let's change it up and start improving CC behavioral health.
