Management is terrible, I noticed they delete some negative reviews, they sent me home without my ID, told me that they sent it in the mail, but I never received it. Every person who was in the program when I was there has relapsed since leaving, every single person I know that was there says it does not work. Don’t go here unless you wanna waste $30,000 just to deal with petty staff members. They pick favorites and restrict your phone access if they don’t like you, if they do like you, they give you your phone more. They also refused to let me use my nicotine patches, but would provide me with cigarettes and nicotine vapes, so I was unable to quit nicotine while I was there, even though I had doctor prescribed nicotine patches that I brought with me, but they wouldn’t let me use them. Every person who was there got their phone their last day, but when it was time for me to get my phone, they refused to let me have it so I wasn’t able to arrange transportation.
