I cannot sing the praises of the team at 417 Recovery loudly and broadly enough! HIGHLY recommend 417 Recovery for any parents struggling to find amazing mental health support for a teen in crisis (suicidal ideations, self harm, addictions, etc)…they are absolutely the best! The staff is SO kind and understanding, not only do they make the process easy and provide continual support whenever you need (including very actively monitoring text messages to support families) they really make it a priority to focus on the mental health of not only the children in the program but the family as a whole and without them my son would not be on the better path that he is walking today. He was able to successfully complete and graduate from the program after 8 months and the work and love put into every aspect of his program made us both have a better understanding of what it means to actually focus on maintaining good mental health and that the work to maintain what we’ve gained from the program will continue. With what we learned at 417 I’m confident my teen/new young adult son will thrive and accomplish great things and the support I received will help me (and the rest of our family) be by his side as that happens. I love each and every one of the people we met who were both staff and families within the program and encourage any parent of a teen who is feeling helpless to help their child—CALL THEM!!!
