Hillside Wellness Center is supportive and encouraging as a training site. The supervisors, admin, and clinical manager all provide a collaborative space for exploration and growth when developing a clinical lens. The balance of freedom and space given to grow individually is supported by the training and supervision provided. I had a wonderful experience throughout my program and would recommend it highly.

When I was there last September it started ok. But the worst parts were that the day rooms are only open for Groups and meals. One of the groups there was led by Tony and all of his groups all lead to AA or NA topics so if you aren't there for Chemical Dependency or Drugs it is useless. And the rest of the day you either have to be hanging out in the Hallway or your rooms which are counter productive. I would never go there again.

Hands down the best experience at an ER. Upon my arrival, I checked in and within 10 min or less, I was called in for vitals and immediately from there straight to a bed. Another nurse was ready for me and greeted me very welcoming with two heated blankets and covered me as I laid down and said the doctor will see me shortly. Although I was impressed with service up to that point, I thought to myself…”here’s where I’ll be waiting for ever for a doctor to come see me”’ because that’s how it usually is in the ER right? Well, they proved me wrong real quick. The doctor came within 5 min, we discussed my symptoms, I answered his questions, he answered mine and he proceeded to examine me based on my symptoms and quickly explained the plan to get me treated. He left and right behind him came the nurse with the medicated IV and connected me in no time, I didn’t even hardly feel the needle. Right after her came another nurse to draw the blood needed and at the same time I was getting hooked up to get an EKG done. Again, within 5 min, they came with a mobile X-ray machine and took an X-ray of my chest and as they left came the therapist and hooked me up to the nebulizer machine for asthma treatment. I got 3 rounds of treatment back to back and each time the doctor came immediately after to check on the progress and explaining everything in details. He was pleased with my last round of treatment and told me that as soon as my IV was done I could go home. I can’t express enough how pleased and impressed I was with the entire experience. Not a single moment was allowed for me to be impatient or to wonder when someone or the doctor would come to see me. It was incredible. I was in around 9:30 AM and out before noon. I highly recommend coming here, the entire staff was genuinely caring willing to go the extra to make me feel comfortable and at ease. A big thank you to all involved in my care!!!
