Very understaffed. Great experiences with Glinda and Sharon but treated very unkindly by the office staff. On January 21 I went in at 9am. I had my last visit canceled while I was in the car on my way, and this one three days ahead when I’ve had these appointments scheduled for so long. I wasn’t given any kindness or understanding but a very rude attitude and look when being told by the staff, like I was a burden to her for just walking in. when I reminded her this is the second time I’ve been unable to see anyone she didn’t offer any advice or counseling I could go to but instead her coworker came over and raised her voice at me and said this is my fault because my voicemail box was full. Extremely nasty mean girls working here. Going to take my self elsewhere after being treated this way.
