I was forced to be here back in 2017. The first Doctor that I saw adjusted my meds and was very nice to me. The psychiatrist there was ok. The psychiatry staff weren’t very nice. I was forced to shower when I didn’t want to. Some patients stole something from me. They graded the amount of food that you ate and they sent the information to the psychiatrist. I didn’t like that the staff used a light to check on you from the outside every so often. I’ve been careful but to end up there again so I don’t say things that could get me there. It’s hard sometimes though.

I have been with this place since i was 18 and im 26 now. I have nothing good to say about any of the doctors there. Keen, lee combs, shamariman those were the doctors i saw and none of them helped with my major anxiety. I keep explaining myself to them and the chose not to listen. I feel like regular people like my supervisor get me but the doctors dont. I do love the staff magret and lorrie they are built fpr the job they are very caring i just wish they worked for a better place.

They need to have more availability to a psychiatrist. They have two psychiatrists who come in on Thursdays for a 4 hour period. Good luck getting a time that also accommodates your 8-5 work schedule. They will cancel your appointment because the psychiatrist won’t actually be there on the one day a week they are supposed to be there and deny your child a refill on medication when you have to reschedule a month out in order to get a time that can also accommodate your work schedule. They also do not have stable counselors or psychiatrists. They are constantly losing people and bringing new people in so we don’t get anywhere in therapy. Too be honest my son has been here for over a year and honestly hasn’t had any real help. Definitely not worth anyone’s time here. Lisa at the front desk is absolutely amazing 🤩
