This community centre is an up to date and clean establishment. The staff are ALWAYS friendly and take time to answer questions. I have never had one bad experience in my 6 years of being a patient. My doctor, Dr. Farrell, is exactly what is needed of your doctor. He is patient, professional, courteous, and always asks if you have any other questions. I have never felt rushed. I trust him implicitly and will continue to visit him at this community center.

My daughter is a dual diagnosis. She was there 15 days and then something went wrong and she wanted to come back home. She went back to try again and on the second day she contacted me and said they were forcing her to leave for leaving to get a energy drink from the store. When she became upset and didn't want to leave, they threatened to have the police come and take her away for raising her voice. She left in a panic and left medication, personal hygiene products and some paperwork. She contacted them to try to get her stuff back and they hung up on her and refused to speak to me. 3 of the employees were extremely rude and condescending. A horrible experience from a government funded housing unit with employees who couldn't recognize an addict in the midst of detoxing while experiencing a psychiatric incident 😕.
