I was a previous resident. They want to get the maximum that Medicare will pay. My discharge was almost impossible to get. I had to threaten to leave AMA to get out at all. The bed linens are stained. The TV does not get most of the channels on the list that the facility provides. I have to say that the nurses and aides are very attentive.
