Mental Health Providers in Lantana, Florida

I had a very frustrating experience at TBT, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. From the start, the communication was poor, and I found it difficult to get the answers I needed. The staff seemed disorganized and unresponsive, which added unnecessary stress to an already difficult time.

DO NOT SEND YOUR MINOR CHILDREN HERE. I was desperate to get her help and didn’t think to check reviews prior to taking my daughter here. She’s only been there 3 days and I got a call saying that she eloped and they don’t know where she went. They claim that they tried to keep a visual on her but was unsuccessful. I am 4 hours away and don’t know where my child is. This is the worst place I could have sent my child to. From looking at the reviews it seems that this happens often here.

Olympic has really helped me. I went there for PHP and IOP and I found myself. The living arrangements are comfortable and the techs are awesome. Shout out to all the techs at Olympic because they really really go above and beyond. I like the fact there is a variety of groups. In some groups there's a lot of processing and talk therapy while other groups are life coaching, and some groups are psychoeducational groups. This variety of resources allows for a well-rounded experience. I learned a lot from the all of the facilitators shout out up to Kyle and Andie. Their groups were my favorite. I also was blessed with an amazing therapist. Shout out to Harley, he's literally the best And I'm definitely going to miss his insight. Jackie the case manager is a godsend and ensures that everything is put in a place for short-term disability, aftercare, and so much more. Besides having an amazing staff the community is so kind and loving and I've met so many wonderful people. I'm so thankful that my inpatient facility got me into Olympic and I will forever be grateful for it.
