The director, John Adam’s door was always open for the clients and he was very helpful in planning our next step. He showed compassion and dedication to make sure we were getting the help we need. The treatment staff was obviously trained by him as they shared his dedication to helping the clients feel comfortable and cared for. The medical staff was very thorough in diagnosing any areas of mental health I was experiencing and was careful to prescribe the right medication to help relieve those stressors. Dr. Figueroa and his staff are exemplary in every facet of operating a Psychiatric office. From Leslie's smiling face and voice at the other end of the phone or greeting you when you walk in to the office to Jean, who is always so pleasant, handling any medications you may have been prescribed by the dr, I always leave the office feeling so much better than when I arrived. Dr. Figueroa listens and hangs on every word you say to him with care, dignity, amd concern. He is amazingly intelligent and I can always count on him for good solid concrete advice with medical happenings and life in general. If he is not aware of a medical provider you are speaking of, he will do his due diligence to look them up and research as much as possible. He also knows of new procedures and medications to help your medical diagnosis. He is one of the best doctors I have seen, worker's comp or not, in my journey through life.
