The security guard at the entrance was not professional or friendly. And his jokes were inappropriate. I needed urgent help with my case and he told me to make an appointement on the website, the closest time was in 40 minutes, I made the appointement and waited but when I went back to this guard he said it doesn't work that way and you can't make an appointement on the same day.
