Greetings, my name is Joanna and I was a patient at Banyan. My therapist Sarah has been a blessing to my recovery. She helped me love myself and gain my confidence back. Julissa was my case manager and she is excellent with helping me with all my needs; re: intake, questions, any issues that I needed help with paying bills. These two ladies have made my stay the most productive and successful way to get my life back on track! I am forever grateful!

This is my first time in treatment for my depression and alcohol use. Brent and Erin did an AMAZING job at breaking through my trauma walls and making things connect in a way that made me understand it and I felt seen, heard, and appreciated while in their presence. This facility has great potential and is great in a lot of areas - however, please, please, PLEASE for the sake of all the current clients, please consider your current staffing levels before accepting more intakes than the staff can handle. Redirect new people if you are too full, all clients suffer when the staff is worn so thin. I will update my review fully once my program is fully completed - but overall this program literally saved my life. I love most of y’all and thank you!!!
