Mental Health Providers in Middle River, Maryland

I have been in and out of therapy most of my adult life and never really felt like I got anything out of it! I really connected with Dr. Nylander on the first visit! She has a way about her that makes you feel very comfortable opening up from the first visit! I feel she really cares about me and my well being! This isn’t “just her job!” Other therapists I’ve been to in the past just seem to say the same things: “you have every right to feel that way!” “Anybody would feel that way,” etc. They basically just prescribed drugs, validated my feelings and never really gave me advice! Dr. Nylander really helps me try to figure out whatever I’m dealing with at the moment! I can see me actually sticking with therapy this time! I also love that I’m not crying and feeling worse after a session with her (as I mostly did in the past with other therapists). Even if I’m crying during my session, I feel so much better by the time it’s over! I look forward to every appointment with her!!! I highly recommend J&C Divine Health Services to anybody seeking a therapist, especially if you haven’t had luck with therapy in the past.
