Seacrest Recovery Center was such a great program for me! It helped tremendously to keep me clean and have a plan set-up upon leaving for the continuation of my sobriety journey. The staff was absolutely incredible to say the least and truly became friends and family. The groups were ran good and the speciality groups such as cooking, art, soundbowl, acupressure, yoga, mindful movement and breathwork gave me skills that I can use in my daily life that make my experience there a lot more fun and inviting. The therapists are very caring, attentive, and helpful and they help a lot when it comes to dual diagnosis, which was a huge factor of my recovery journey. I would definitely recommend Seacrest to anyone who is completing this journey of recovery!
