If I could give 0 stars I would. Most unprofessional and uncaring psychiatry office I have come across in my 15 years of mental health treatment. Despite their voice mail box stating they will give you a call back in 24 hours, they never do. When trying to schedule a follow up appointment in office the young receptionist was rude and dismissive. It’s a shame because Brittany had the potential of being a great asset to bettering my mental health but Atlanticare Behavioral Health is simply a terrible organization. I hope she realizes she can do better and moved onto a facility that is up to the standards of her work.
