The Ellie offices felt very safe and comfortable to be in. Clean place, including the bathrooms. The therapists are very professional. I was able to get an appointment right away.

I have been working with Lori therapeutically for only a short while now, but I already feel better. Lori has a great way of framing situations and past traumas so that they are acknowledged and dealt with, but they do not dominate the present. Lori is “real” and relatable. She’s raw and honest and vulnerable in her approach to your journey toward recovery. Things that would have stressed and controlled me now roll off my back, making way for a brighter future to happen. We have only just begun, but I plan to stick with Lori as I heal and as I address new concerns.

This place is horrendous. I waited over a month for an appointment only to be unable to access the virtual appointment and be unable to contact anyone in the office. I then received a voicemail that I missed my appointment and I'll need to reschedule - all while waiting and trying desperately to join the appointment. Too bad they don't answer the phone. RUN from this joke of a practice.
