It’s absolutely unacceptable to schedule intake appointments, and on the day of the appointment the patient finds out all intakes had been canceled and was given no notice. Cancelling without notice to the emotionally unstable and mentally ill is incredibly dangerous. Shame on you, you’re going to get someone hurt.
