My counselor cancels on me at least twice a month, the reception office is totally unavailable for hours during the day so it makes it impossible to call and schedule/reschedule/cancel appointments. If reception doesn’t answer my phone calls when I need to cancel an appointment, I better not have a bill for a no-show.
