At first it seemed like the office staff was considerate and worked together really well. I had one of the best intakes (they are usually very unpleasant). My therapist made it clear he was annoyed with me and he couldn’t tolerate me (raised his voice and ended sessions twice). The new office staff made me an appointment I didn’t want to have (to charge me if I flaked?). When I called to cancel it I explained my confusion and how I had a bad experience and she said “perfect”. Go elsewhere. And ya’ll can send my bills to collections.
