Mental Health Providers in Sunnyside, New York

I'm extremely disappointed in this facility. I called over 3 months ago and completed a phone intake. I was told the waitlist was 1-2 months and that I would be getting a phone call with 3 business days or so to confirm that I was approved to be put on the. waitlist. I never got a phone call so a week after I completed the phone intake, I called to follow up and the employee took my name and phone number and told me the Clinic Director would call me back within a couple days. Never got a call. I have called 4 times in the past 3 months that I've been waiting - supposedly on the waitlist for services - and every single time its the same thing. My name and number is written down and I'm told I'm getting a phone call in a few days and never any call. I am a psychotherapist myself and I am disgusted at the way this agency provides their services to clients in need of mental health treatment. If you're looking for mental health services, don't even waste your time with this agency!
