They constantly canceled and rescheduled my appointments. When I finally showed up in person before one of their reschedules, my therapist wasn’t even there. Then they had the nerve to threaten to close my case if I “didn’t attend,” even though THEY were the ones canceling on me over and over again. My previous therapist was completely useless. She barely spoke and did nothing except repeat back what I said instead of offering any real help, guidance, or support. This is hands down the worst mental health service I have ever dealt with. It was disorganized, dishonest, and showed zero care for patients. The ONLY good thing about this place was the receptionist in the waiting room. They were genuinely kind and sweet people and the only decent ones in that entire building, if I’m being completely honest. If you actually need help, do NOT come here. Do not bring your child here either. If you are looking for real or even halfway decent care, this is absolutely not the place.
