The only reason this place is getting 2 stars is because of the counselor I’ve seen there. She genuinely seems to care. However, if you need medication, this is not the place. I’ve had three nurse practitioners quit without telling me so they just cancel my appointment and I run out of medication. Then you haven’t been medicated for weeks and they put you on something you’ve been on already multiple times. I’m on my fourth nurse practitioner now and none seem to care about what you think at all. They’re always right. Plus no one answers the phone for literally anything.

I've dealt w chc a few times. Had a really great counselor for a while but other than that, not so great. Other 2 counselors I had were horrible. Also, KW who works at the front desk admitted to looking at a mutual friends file violating HIPPA, chc won't do anything about it. She posted that friends mug shot on Facebook with laughing emojis. When this person addressed this issue, outside of chc, KW hid under the desk when this person came to chc for their meds that they needed in order to not be sick. KW acted scared and cried until the client was asked to leave and was kicked out of the program. The client didn't even say a word to her that day. If chc employs people like this they should be shut down. Just saying.
