I have gone through many mental health professionals over the years and have found no one quite as dedicated as her. She is very professional, kind, caring, knowledgeable, and a great active listener. With her I have been able to manage my disorder better than I ever have. I called to get an appointment. They called me back and for my insurance information right away, after that I was put on the back burner. I was told they needed to figure out who to pair me with and they would call me back by the end of the week. That never happened, my first call was the 4th it's now the 22nd. Not only is this is unprofessional but rude as well. People are reaching out for help and clearly it's not a priority for them. The receptionist has all kind of attitude as well. She said "sir your on a waiting list" almost as if she was mad I was calling to see why they never called me back when they said they would. Look elsewhere, I am
