i go here for mental health therapy and ive been going for almost 8 years now but as a kid i never really felt comfortable talking to anyone there. my mom and i ended up getting Dr.Sylvies when they were in the office downtown & he seemed okay. he would try to get me to talk by trying to figure out my interest and stuff but as im older now, i feel like he really doesn’t listen. i go in and instantly start talking and he just sits there and shakes his head. anytime i ask for advice on something he just ignores me. i don’t feel heard at all.. now that im old enough to do things on my own, im looking into other places. but as far as drug and alcohol counseling, i was going to On Demand but even after your first appointment, you’re in there for HOURS. the first appointment i get but after a month of you going there you would think you would be in and out but no. so im going to try drug and alcohol counseling here at CAA
