Very nice staff and they really care for their patients. I love it there.
I was hoping to be put with a therapist with lots of years of experience, but I was only given a guy who has a few years of experience. I was at Shepherd Hill twice this year. I looked on their website and it seemed that they had a good few programs that might be able to help me but all I'm getting is this this therapist and no case worker. They want me to go on meds, perhaps, but I'm not going to do that since I've not been properly assessed yet. This place is understaffed and cannot meet the critical needs of the community which it serves. I feel like I'm wasting my time with these people, and I have not made any progress. I'm really starting to lose hope. Edit: They finally gave me a caseworker a while back but I had to fire her, too, because they were rolling back services for their clients. Don't go to this joke of a place.
