for a place that offers victims advocate, you would think they would do better. they canceled every appointment i make, and the moment i forget an appointment was scheduled they fell off the radar. it’s hard enough for some people to reach out for help, and if this was the treatment they got, they aren’t going to want to ever reach out again.

Had everything set up for meds before I went into spinal surgery knowing I wouldn't be able to drive. They said they would do phone appointments which they neglected to do, they failed to prescribe needed medication that I have been on for years. Medical malpractice lawsuit has been filed. This place makes a joke of your mental health!
